SHIPPING & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

 MUST fill out Return Authorization Form below;

Orders to be returned MUST be new, unused, and in original packaging, MUST be returned within (30) days. Returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee with discretion. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Southern Offroad and Outdoors unless an exception is approved to the return.

NOTE: Original shipping cost for product delivery are NOT refundable!

Products damaged or defaced due to installation are non-refundable. Overages and shortages in shipments MUST be brought to the attention of Southern Offroad and Outdoors within seven (7) business days of receiving shipment.
